Couple communication, other adult
communication (such as with social workers, birth parents, doctors,
therapists, teachers, etc.) and caregiver/child communication are
all vital to a successful outcome for children in foster care. Raising
self-esteem, healthy communication, positive discipline and running
a home full of love and understanding of
each individual child are all goals of this class.
When all family relationships are
strong and healthy, the opportunity for strong and healthy relationships
with all children in the home is greatly increased.
