Negotiating Your AAP Benefit
(AAP=Aid to Adoption Program)
The workshop will provide a "hands-on" situation for parents to learn
how to:
- Apply for AAP
- Document their child's needs when applying
- Give information to the agency
- Prepare for an administrative hearing to appeal a
denial of benefits if necessary
- Re-negotiate your AAP
